Fin Plus V.O.F. is the data controller for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.

We process, among other things, the following (personal) data of business clients:

• Name, address and place of residence
• Contact details (telephone number and email address)
• Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number
• Financial data, such as bank account number(s) and administrative data
• Login and portal data, where applicable
• Data relating to the use of our website, insofar as consent has been given via the cookie settings

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

• The performance of administrative and tax services
• Maintaining contact and client management
• Invoicing and processing payments
• Compliance with legal obligations (such as the AWR and Wwft)
